Our Mission and Vision

Temple Sinai is a vibrant hub of Reform Jewish life where members of all ages are actively engaged in prayer, spirituality, learning and social action. We are a diverse congregation where members from different backgrounds and with different beliefs all feel at home, celebrating together with joy and caring for each other in times of need. Temple Sinai welcomes the full participation of all who seek a Jewish community. We are a synagogue with strong ties to Israel and are proud to be part of the global Jewish people. Guided by Torah, Jewish values, and the wisdom of Jewish tradition, we strive to live lives of meaning and create positive change in the world around us.

We welcome the full participation of people from a diverse spectrum of Jewish life, including people of color, multi-faith and interfaith couples and families, Jews by choice, single parents, single people, people with disablities, and LBGTQ+ individuals and families. We are proud of the diversity in our community.
