Household Membership: Household where all partners are between the ages of 35-64: $3,265.Individual Membership: One adult between the ages of 35 - 64: $1,870.ECEP Membership: Household/individual with a child enrolled in the ECEP program. Membership dues will be covered through ECEP tuition (Maximum 4 years per family).Senior Household Membership: Household where any partner is age 65 or older: $1,890.Senior Individual Membership: Single adult age 65 or older: $1,155.Young Household Membership: Household where any partner is under age 35: $1,130.Young Individual Membership: One adult under age 35: $650.Long Distance Membership: Nearest residence > 50 miles away from Temple Sinai: $250.

All children under 26 are included in membership rates.

Payment Options
1 - Log onto your account and set up a payment plan by credit card or ACH.

If paying by credit card, a 3% credit card fee will be added.

2 - Set up auto payment via your personal online banking system and have checks sent to us monthly.

3 - Send us checks when you receive your monthly statement.*

* All members are charged a $180 security fee

The total Building Fund obligation for new members is $3000 payable over five years at $600 per year. The Building Fund obligation is required of all new members. It is deferred for ECEP and not applicable for long distance members. It is waived for members who have already completed their Building Fund obligation to Temple Sinai or to another congregation affiliated with the URJ (verification required).

By signing this application, I/we agree to assume all financial obligations for dues, building fund, tuition, pledges, and assessments, as properly assessed by Temple Sinai of Summit.
