GUIDED INDEPENDENT STUDY PROGRAM
FOR THE 2019 FALL SPORTS SEASON
We want to know if your 4-7th grade child expects to have a conflict with our regular Religious School schedule on Sundays this fall.

We will offer structured home study for students with sports conflicts, for families that can establish a real need.  

If applicable, please complete this form, and submit it along with registration materials.  We will be in touch with you again in early September to confirm need and interest.  Thank you.
